Pricing, deposits, coverage, and the terms that apply when you book a move with Good Guys Movers.

No queue, no ticket number — Renee reads this off the same screen she uses to book jobs, and it’s used strictly to price your Oxon Hill move, nothing else.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of good-guys-mover.com and any moving services you book with Good Guys Movers, based at 4500 Livingston Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & Pricing

Local moves are billed hourly at $119/$159/$199 for a 2/3/4-mover crew, or at a flat rate ($429 studio, $849 one-bedroom, $1,450 two-bedroom, $2,250 three-bedroom or larger) when agreed in advance. Piano and heavy-item moves are $429 flat. Long-distance and PCS moves are quoted in writing before booking. Final charges may vary from an estimate if the actual scope of the move — inventory, access, or distance — differs materially from what was described when quoted.

Deposits & Booking

A $125 deposit is required to hold your moving date and is applied to your final invoice. Contact our office to reschedule or cancel with reasonable advance notice.

Storage

Short-term storage is available at a flat $150 per month, billed in advance, for items held in our own space pending delivery.

Coverage

Every move includes baseline released-value coverage. Full-value protection can be added before your move date — ask your estimator for details.

Licensing

Good Guys Movers is licensed and insured in Maryland, with interstate authority on file for long-distance and PCS moves crossing into Virginia and beyond.

Customer Responsibilities

Please disclose any oversized, hazardous, or high-value items before your move date, and make sure parking and access are reasonably available for our trucks on move day.

Limitation of Liability

Except as covered under the released-value or full-value protection selected for your move, Good Guys Movers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
